Monday, August 4, 2014 - Honey, mature green apples, elder, caramel, toffee, vanilla. Perfect texture. Lots of acidity here, really makes your saliva going. Balanced though. Lemon, lime, some grape, green apples, pears, coconut, vanilla powder, honey. Long way to go but definitely approachable right now. Wish I had more of this.
