Friday, October 24, 2014 - Noticeable more mature than our last bottle almost 3 years. Yellow and green apple, bit o honey, but still pulsing with acidity. Nice contrast of ripe fruit and honeyed texture with the acid spine. Slightly preferred the '10 Le Mont earlier this week, which was fresher with more minerals, but this was great and a peek at where these are going.
