Tuesday, June 26, 2018 - Very tasty, very nice evolution since last bottle. Tannins and acidity has softened. Deep dark cherry fruit, nice purity. Chalky stony quality on the oalate and finish. Aromatics are fresh, fruity with a lovely saline quality.
