Wednesday, March 27, 2019 - Just tried this wine. Garnet, considerable sediment. Immediate nose of leather, then raspberry, licorice, soya sauce. Flavor is rich, complex, a taste and long finish that made me stop and appreciate the wine. As we drank, both the wine and food tasted better and better. I really like this wine.
