Sunday, December 8, 2019 - Drunk over 2 nights. There is good structure here, but perhaps for the first time I would describe an Australian shiraz as lacking fruit It just needs something else. The acidity is not filling the gap. To be clear, I am happy to drink the other bottles I have, but would like a bit more life somewhere.
