Very rich and mouth filling, luxurious, more hot year Mersault than anything else burgundian. But maybe the oak was still a bit obvious. Very good length. Amazingly lively. The label said drink by 2011 but there was lots of life left. Not overdone but maybe getting a bit that way. I suspect they may have dialled back on the oak more recently. But well worth cellaring, and for quite some time.
