Thursday, November 10, 2022 - AP 17 11 From 375, with a gold capsule. Moderate yellow-gold. Piquant nose - obviously high acid, almost radishy/eiswein spicy. Medium + botrytis in a heavy layer. Roses Lime syrup. Flamed (like you’re flaming an orange peel over a drink) blood oranges and peaches. Syrupy texture, but maybe a little volatile in the midpalate. Red skinned peaches on the finish. Maturing, but where’s this headed?
