Saturday, June 22, 2013 - When first opened, very tight and very dry and tannic mouth feel. About two hours later in an open decanter and the primary fruit flavors began to show, but still a bit bitter and drying mouth feel. Hoping this will be reduced in a couple of more hours, and with food. Flavor profile of sour cherries, wet leaves and a tough of white pepper on the finish.
