Sunday, April 8, 2018 - Blind tasting. Brief note.Quite backwards and structured upfront with grainy tannins and racy acidity. Nose isn't giving up much right now with the palate showing blackberry, black cherry, medicinal red cherry/robitussin, purple florals and granite. Midpalate is a bit thin and watery considering the structure. Finish is medium (-) and overwhelmed by the tannins for now.
