Wednesday, October 5, 2011 - Decanted 1 hour. Drank with Nat and Matt. Dark red. Stunning nose of black fruits, plum, leather, minerals, lead pencil and smoke. Intensely concentrated and intense in the mouth. Similar flavor profile to the nose with some intriguing peppery notes. Long finish. I love this stuff.
