Sunday, May 7, 2017 - Took two hours in decanter and a grilled steak to show any flavor, and still was thin. What was there was clean and pleasant, fun to drink, but would have been more compatible with fish. Drink up with mild food. The 91 score was at its best, it faded after three hours.
