Monday, October 31, 2011 - - Yellow gold color with fast forming legs. It's balanced with a light/medium body. Silky texture with a medium finish - Although aged diminished the floral elements, it remained a light, nicely balanced sweet wine. It was great with strawberry ecclairs.
