Monday, October 29, 2012 - Medium golden yellow. In the nose, this is dangerously ripe with mildly oxidative notes of roasted hazelnuts, nougat and mokka, freshly baked apple cake with whipped cream. On the palate, it's big and huge with low acidity, creamy with nice minerality. Long finish. Very complex, but quite big. Great now, but I don't know about the future.
