Saturday, March 3, 2012 - On the nose, it's got fresh pencil shavings, smoked pork belly, game, lavender, pepper and blue and black fruits. Velvety approach on the palate, plush and voluptuous. Great pure fruit mingled with mineral and stone. Violets. Nice balance with a lengthy finish. Really nice!
