Monday, April 2, 2012 - Very closed up at open and would not have guessed Syrah. After 2 hours it was a real joy to drink and I see what RP raved about. Dont know that it would have gotten better the next day. Paired well with spinach salad, grilled eggplant, lamb chops and pork tenderloin. Looking forward to drink my other bottle in a year or two.
