Deep Red in color and aromas of Spice, Blue and Black fruits. Predominantly blue fruit and some black fruit though not clearly defined with a soft minerally finish. Some dusty tannins to be resolved and no hint of acid.
With Lamb Shanks, just totally awesome combination.
