Sunday, December 8, 2019 - bottle was weathered, fill excellent and the cork was soaked, but extracted intact. Brilliant red light red with excellent clarity, the wine was decanted. Well, there are great bottles and this one delivered. Beautiful, autumnal scents - leaves, sous bois, cigar box and more. Nuanced, restrained, endlessly unfolding and in complete control - Sublime with a seared steak, winter squash and beets. Je suis amoureuses
