Sunday, January 19, 2020 - Full garnet with clear rim, floral notes with classic Pinot character and hints of torrefaction. Conflicting notes of fresh vs tired, yet excellent palate feel and density/viscosity. While I love many of the ‘03s, this one gives me pause as there’s no telling how this will evolve further.
