Saturday, December 9, 2023 - Fig, prune, raisin, nut, molasses. Lovely balance of intense sweetness with acidity. Smooth in texture (not grainy like some PX). Long saline finish. Heart-warming and for sipping by the glass. But I do find a second glass is too much sweet richness.
