Thursday, November 25, 2010 - opened 3 hours prior to drinking. With Thanksgiving dinner, this was WOTN (2000 Colgin Cariad, 1979 Petrus, 1992 Domaine Leroy Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts, 1961 D'Yquem). Wonderful terrior-driven cedar, pencil shavings, cherries. This should continue to drink well through 2015.
