Monday, December 31, 2007 - A good las cases but not outstanding. This bottle seemed to be just entering maturity as there were some light unresolved tannins. Clear nose of meat, sour cherries and green elements. Did not have the big black fruit structure I would expect from a las cases however this was an enjoyable claret.
