Saturday, April 18, 2015 - A little more than 4 days later and, voila, #Coravin to the rescue. We "needed" a small sip before moving on to the Ornellaia. We pumped out 200 ml of this luvly wine and our sommelier friend said, "Seriously? this is like we just opened the bottle!" My Bacchus bless Coravin.
