Friday, September 14, 2012 - I am so enamoured by this wine. The wine has a more nuanced and slightly muted nose, but in the mouth, the wine is extremely expressive... with beautiful fruit, but also with an extreme sense of minerality and stunning balance. Sage, pear, saffron, citrus, flowers, and pure elegance.
