Saturday, July 10, 2010 - Honey gold in color with oxidized aromas. Had that great waxy mouthfeel with flavors of Bergamot orange, nectarine, bitter almond, and an almost chalky minerality. As a previous taster mentioned, not exactly complex, but still compelling. I'd say drink now based on my sample which felt somewhat fragile.
