Saturday, November 18, 2023 - Served in half bottle by a friend to accompany cheese. The bottle had been stored well for 20 years and was opened 20 minutes before serving.

Pleasant plummy colour and some evidence of fruit on the nose. Once poured, the palate was very smooth, quite palatable, but lacking in any real depth or tertiary qualities. Interesting to taste.
