Saturday, July 21, 2018 - Perfekt bottle with great filling and unbeliavable perlage. You could think the Coca Cola factory has freshly filled the bubbles into the wine. This I didn't expect. Fascinating balance between typical aged champagne notes (brioche, almonds, dried apricot and fig, white chocolate and nougat) and lime, but the freshness is still dominating. Looking forward for the Magnum in October. 97
