Monday, January 30, 2012 - Lovely open nose of honey, citrus, flowers. Fresh white fruit with honey on the palate, a nice cool streak of acidity running through it. May be a tad sweet for my taste, and a bit one-dimensional at the moment. I lack the experience to know, but would presume it will improve with age.
