Sunday, April 29, 2012 - Intensity galore, in the typically restrained Huet style, showing waves of stone fruit, peach pit, a wonderful streak of candied lemon/lime rind, all buttressed by a strong mineral foundation. Crisp, flavorful, chiseled, fabulous.
