Intense on the palate, however, with a great lemony acidity and an aftertaste that goes on for minutes. Very impressive and enjoyable already, even though it clearly is just and infant. Great stuff! (My wife,who has a cold at the moment, hated it though. She said it was like a plastic bucket with old leaves, and too much acidity. Go figure.)
