Friday, October 26, 2012 - Popped and poured and enjoyed over two hours.
Amazing nose of flowers, lemon/lime, grapefruit;
Very mineral and herbal palate, on top of light honeysuckle sweetness, grapefruit.
Verve, high acidity, almost sauvignon-blanc-like but on a heavier waxy body. Long lime finish.

Absolutely fantastic!

Will improve blah blah give it years blah blah Huet should be old blah blah age-worthy blah -- this is SINGING now!
