Thursday, November 7, 2013 - Medium yellow. Floral, honeysuckle aromatics. Woo hoo, right out of the gate, the acidity just bores in. Distinctly golden delicious apple fruit more than yellow pear. Not as plush as many Chenin Blancs due to the tremendous acidity. Barely perceptible residual sugar, strongly mineral finish. Terrific but years of evolution ahead.
