Thursday, August 30, 2012 - Mostly ripe apple and pineapple aromas on the nose, some light citrus and a lot of sweetness showing. Feels weighty and wonderful in the mouth. Somewhat rich fruit flavors give way to bright acidity and mineral showing as the wine finishes. Very sweet, the acidity keeps the palate fresh. Initially though this feels almost like dessert wine due to the amount of richness and sweetness present. Super delicious overall. Girlfriend approved.
