Tuesday, August 20, 2013 - Another bottle opened too soon, but better that than too late. This one was tighter than one opened in early 2013, showig a much stonier, more acidic character, with very focused, tart lemony fruit. Overall it was something like to a razor blade studded rock doused in lemon juice! Invigorating if you like that sort of thing.
