Nose: Hint of reduction and (??) premox from a hot, hot vintage, earthy, hint of must.
Mouth: Elegant and refined, some liveliness through the middle, but after the midpalate the wine has mellowed beyond its years, flabby and needs acid—ripe but not overblown. Hint sulfur, S02 in the finish.
