Sunday, June 7, 2009 - Very ripe, sweet, and supple tannins, full blown, in your face forward style. Not a wine for fans of elegant and reserve style. That said, I could not stop sipping this big beauty, supple, smooth, and balanced, big and brash, with dark cherry flavors and long vanilla oak finish. Complemented our steaks perfectly. Would love to try a more desirable vintage from this estate.
