Monday, May 23, 2011 - Crimson color. Nose of black cherry, currant, cedar. Similar flavors on the palate. Restrained and balanced Napa cab with relatively low abv, especially from the hot 03 vintage. Still lively due to the acid. A very well made cab that is versatile enough to pair with a lot of different foods.
