Friday, November 17, 2006 - Boulder Ridge CC Member Tasting Event (Boulder Ridge CC, NW Suburbs, Chicago): Elegantly styled cab. Aromas/flavors of plum, black cherry, currant, blackberry and violet. Soft, silky tannins that provide a sweet, lingering finish. Drinking great now but should develop even more complexity with a couple more years of age. TOP 5 WOTN.
