Friday, November 19, 2010 - Nose of dried pears & apple chips, a hint of minerality, and a layer of white florals beneath. Medium bodied in the mouth with a good texture, vibrant crisp acidity, and pure white & yellow fruit flavors. Finish adds in some citrus and has significant length.
