Saturday, May 13, 2017 - While we did end up drinking the bottle, it showed signs of a light second fermentation as indicated by some fizz. Other than that is was a ripe sweet bruiser showing roasted over ripe cherry fruits and very 2003, blind not sure if I would have said even said Burgundy. Off bottle.
