Friday, January 31, 2020 - Did not decant and drunk over 2.5 hours. Pale ruby. Fragrant red fruit aromas which evolved to become more stemmy and meaty after a while in the glass. Fresh, vibrant acidity, like crushed rocks. Fine tannins that still need some more time to settle. Concentrated black cherry with a lick of spice on the end. Great persistence. Lovely wine, very pleased I've got a few more of these.
