Thursday, June 1, 2023 - Very nice nose of beef blood, orange, spicy, floral… needs 2 hours of slow ox to resolve all tannin, szeet roasted cherries, nice crisp acidity, good concentration, has easily 10 more years to improve to become filly tertiary. Great wine!!
