Thursday, July 27, 2023 - Huge nose of cèpes de Bordeaux, very animal, leather, sous-bois, roasted BBQ meat... Very very nice concentration of bacon fat, BBQ meat, sappy strawberries, loads of completely integrated tannin, very very nice!!
