Saturday, December 26, 2015 - Dark purple with nose of violet and charcoal. A little grapey up front for my tastes at this stage. A hint of tobacco and mineral add some interest. Not particularly tannic with decent acidity. Goes well with steak. I think this has upside in next 3-5 years.
