Sunday, December 9, 2018 - This wine is getting better as it is getting older. It’s bits and pieces are coming together into a nice, elegant, whole There are still tannins, but they are resolving nicely. There is a subtle blueberry flavor on the nose, which is not, however, the fresh fruit of youthbut something more interesting and complex. Like most Lala Cabernet Franc, it still is surprisingly structured Dash – not in the least bit flabby! Those really like aged you are a cab Franc can easily put this aside for another five years or so, but I’m not sure that it will actually improve all that much. Only time will tell!
