Thursday, August 9, 2007 - Wineflock - GC & 1er Chablis Tasting (My House): Flight #2, My #3. Medium yellow color. Mediu yellow white fruit nose with hints of banana. Big mouthful of complex focused tight white fruit. Really nice, but still painfully young. Too bad we screwed up and didn't get to taste this side by side with the 05 in the same flight...
