Sunday, May 7, 2017 - Golden yellow colour, typical whiff of sea breeze in the nose. Faint oyster taste and light touch of iron but with more body than Dauvissat AOC usually has. Very good still for its age and perfectly drinkable. One bottle with broken wax seal completely oxidated and undrinkable, second bottle just delicious.
