Monday, January 22, 2024 - Annual Jadot Dinner - this time with Thibault Gagey (Sepia - Chicago): 96/97/02 - my favorite of the three and just by a hair over the 97. So complete and so at peak. Lovely, full, intense aromas of meaty black cherry with spice. The palate has excellent concentration and vibrancy. Meat and spice layers. Excellent.
