Saturday, October 10, 2015 - From half bottle, with 'DIAM-cork'. Pure and very clean standard Chablis showing very well right now. Lovely, slightly evolved and ready to go imo. Creamy with oyster and saline notes on the palate. No signs of pre-ox. Good qpr.
