Monday, October 3, 2016 - Good things come to those that wait ... Wow! Aging beautifully, can't say enough about this wine. Drank over four hours and never the same wine as it continued to evolve as it opened up. Black cherry, anise and spice on the nose. Blackberry, dark cherry, sweet red licorice and white pepper on the palette. Medium weight with ripe full tannins persistently tugging on the extra long finish. Over time coffee and compote notest evolved. Hard to beat.
