Sunday, July 8, 2012 - Appearance: Bright and clear, of medium (-) lemon colour, with watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity and developing aromas of petrol, lemon, lime, acacia, white peach, steely and yeast.
Palate: Dry, with medium (+) and lively acidity, this wine is of medium alcohol and medium bodied, with medium (+) intensity flavors of lime, honey, petrol, acacia, apple and steely, finishing with a medium (+) length.
Conclusion: Very good quality Alsace Riesling with complex and intense nose, with the signature petrol characters, this wine has a lively freshness and also fairly intense palate and reasonable complexity, finishing with a good length. Ready to drink now but can further develop for another 2-3 years.
